浅析痰细菌培养与肺炎的关系 被引量：3

摘要 肺炎是常见的感染性疾病.病原种类众多,微生物学检查的标本种类也很多.最佳标本是支气管肺泡灌洗液（BALF）和肺组织,不过因为是侵袭性方法,国内很少应用.本文仅讨论咳痰或抽吸痰标本.痰是国内诊断肺炎以及多数临床细菌学实验室的最常见标本.用痰标本进行肺炎的病原学诊断——这是一个极具争议的话题.
