第351例 发热—下腰痛—硬脊膜增厚
摘要
病历摘要 患者女，26岁，因腰背痛6个月，发热伴颈肩痛4个月于2014年8月20日收入北京协和医院风湿免疫科。2014年2月患者出现腰背痛，未诊治。
