摘要
为了较全面了解抑菌土的特性,从抑菌土的作用机制与土壤抑菌能力的测定两个方面对抑菌土的特性做了详细的论述。土壤的理化性质,土壤中有益微生物的数量水平,以及所栽种的特定植物都具有诱导土壤抑菌活性的能力。通过栽培方式观察植物病害的发生情况和在玻片或培养皿上观察植物病原菌在待测土上的孢子萌发率,以及新近提出的对土壤浸出液进行Tip-culture微培养定量检测的方法都可以对土壤抑菌能力进行测定。对于抑菌土的作用机制以及抑菌能力测定的深入研究,必然能推动植物病害生态防治的发展。
In order to introduce the properties of suppressive soil more comprehensively, the features of suppres- sive soil were studied form the mechanism and suppressive ability determination method,the physicochemical property, beneficial microorganisms, and certain plants had the ability to induce suppressive ability of soil. And the suppressive ability of soil could be measured by using cultivation way to observe the occurrence of plant dis- ease, calculation of pore germination rate on glass or dish, and the new method of Tip-culture to determine the soil leachate's suppressive ability. So studying the soil suppressive mechanism and the determination method could surelv promote ecological prevention and control of plant pathogens.
