摘要 为探讨东北连翘黄老虎幼苗在干旱胁迫下的生理指标变化及适应性,以盆栽一年生扦插苗为材料,通过人工控制土壤含水量,研究干旱胁迫条件下对其生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫程度的加重,游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量、可溶性蛋白含量显著上升;幼苗的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性先上升后下降;叶绿素含量呈下降趋势;低至45%土壤田间持水量时,各指标均开始与对照差异显著。这些生理指标反映出东北连翘黄老虎对干旱胁迫的适应性变化,是抵御逆境的一种积极调解机制,说明其抗旱力较强。 In order to explore the changes of physiological indexes and adaptability of northeast forsythia seed- ling under drought stress, taking potted annual cutting seedlings as materials, through artificial controlling soil water content, physiological and biochemical indexes were researched under the condition of drought stress. The results showed that with the degree of drought stress,free proline and soluble protein content increased signifi- cantly; Seedlings of superoxide dismutase activity increased first and then felled; Chlorophyll content was on the decline; Soil field capacity was as low as 45 %, the indexes has significant differences with CK. These physi- ological indexes reflected the northeast forsythia adaptability to drought stress change,which was a kind of ac- tive mediation mechanism against adversity, that indicated strong drought resistance force.
