摘要 目的探讨PI3K、AKT、PTEN在侵袭性垂体瘤和非侵袭性垂体瘤中的表达情况以及三者在侵袭性垂体瘤中的相关性。方法将58例手术切除垂体瘤标本分为侵袭性组31例和非侵袭组27例。采用免疫组织化学技术检测2组标本中PI3K、AKT及PTEN的表达情况。结果 PI3K、AKT在侵袭组中的阳性表达率明显高于非侵袭组(P均<0.05),PTEN在侵袭组中的阳性表达率明显低于非侵袭组(P<0.05)。在侵袭组中,PTEN与PI3K、AKT表达呈显著负相关(r=-0.39,P=0.029;r=-0.52,P=0.002),而PI3K与AKT表达呈显著正相关(r=0.45,P=0.019)。结论侵袭性垂体瘤中PI3K、AKT阳性表达率较高,且与PTEN表达呈负相关,而PI3K与AKT表达呈正相关,为侵袭性垂体瘤提供了新的靶向治疗方向。 Objective It is to investigate the expreession and correlation of PI3K, AKT and PTEN in invasive pituitary ad- enomas and non-invasive pituitary adenomas. Methods 58 cases of pituitary adenomas specimen of surgical resection were di- vided into invasive pituitary adenomas group with 31 cases and non-invasive pituitary adenomas group with 27 cases. The ex- pression of PI3K, AKT and PTEN in invasive pituitary adenomas group and non-invasive pituitary adenomas group were detec- ted by immunohistochemistry method. Results The positive rate of the expression of PI3K, AKT in invasive pituitary adenomas group was respectively higher than that in non-invasive pituitary adenomas group ( all P 〈 0.05). The positive rate of the ex- preession of PTEN in invasive pituitary adenomas group was lower than that in non-invasive pituitary adenomas group (P 〈 0.05). Negative correlation was founded between PTEN and PI3K, AKT in invasiveness pituitary adenomas (r = - 0.39, P = 0. 029 ; r = - 0.52, P = 0. 002). But positive correlation was founded between PI3 K and AKT in invasiveness pituitary adeno- mas (r = 0.45, P = 0. 019). Conclusion The expression levels of PI3K, AKT in invasive pituitary adenomas are higher, there are negative correlation between PTEN and PI3K, AKT, and there were positive correlation between PI3K and AKT. This provides a new direction for the treatment of invasive pituitary tumors.
