铁螯合剂治疗对异基因造血干细胞移植影响的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 再生障碍性贫血(AA)、骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患者因依赖输血及疾病本身无效造血可导致铁过载.异基因造血干细胞移植(allo-HSCT)作为治疗各种良恶性血液病的重要手段,其疗效受到造血干细胞植入、感染和移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)等影响.研究显示,铁过载与allo-HSCT后发生肝静脉闭塞(VOD)、感染及GVHD等风险增加有关,影响移植成功率[1-2].本研究回顾性分析了接受allo-HSCT伴铁过载的50例患者的临床资料,探讨铁螯合剂治疗的疗效、安全性及其对造血干细胞植入、感染、GVHD的影响.
