丙硫氧嘧啶致妊娠期甲状腺功能亢进症患者肝衰竭一例 被引量：5

摘要 患者女，25岁。主因心悸、多食、消瘦4年，宫内孕19周，肝功能受损12周于2014年8月6日人院。患者4年前无明显诱因出现心悸、多食、消瘦，伴多汗、手抖、乏力、大便次数增多，就诊于当地医院，查甲状腺功能提示“甲状腺功能亢进（甲亢）”，开始不规律服用“甲巯咪唑（MMI）10mg，
