宫腹腔镜联合完全双角子宫成形术后成功分娩四例报告及文献复习 被引量:6

摘要 双角子宫是1种常见的对称性子宫畸形,其发生率约占子宫畸形的13.6%[1];发生原因为在胚胎发育过程中,两个副中肾管(Mullerian duct)融合后,中段未完全吸收,形成1个子宫颈、2个宫腔,宫腔上部及宫底部呈分叉状,未吸收的隔板末端呈钝圆形.40%的双角子宫孕期可引起流产、早产[2],
