胎儿先天性肾脏和尿道畸形的研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 先天性肾脏和尿道畸形（congenital anomalies of the kidney and urinary tract, CAKUT）涵盖了在胚胎发育过程中肾实质及集合管系统发育异常、胚胎肾脏迁移异常所引起的一系列疾病.在孕期超声检查发现有1：500的胎儿发生CAKUT,占孕期胎儿畸形的20%-30%,更重要的是,
