摘要
本文利用美国Autodesk公司的Inventor软件进行气弧焊机上微动机构的三维模型设计和虚拟装配,实现辅助设计,降低成本,优化产品质量,另外也实现了教学的直观化、可视化,提高了教学质量和教学效果。利用Inventor的表达视图、驱动约束制作了微动机构拆装动画和运动仿真动画,形象地模拟出微动机构的实际装配和工作过程。微动机构零部件的三维设计可以为其他产品的虚拟设计提供参考。
In this article, the 3D model design of gas-shielded arc weldering machine's micromechanism and its virtually assemble are completed with the Autodesk software "Inventor". Furthermore, assisting design, design cost reduction and quality optimization of the products are realized. Moreover, teaching visualization, education quality and effects improvement are achieved. Using the Inventor's functions "Pressentation" and "Animate Constraint", micromechanisms's animation of assembling, disassembling, movement simulation are made, it vividly simulates the practical assembling and working process. 3D model design of micromechanism components can provide a reference for other products' virtual design.
