摘要
本实验分别用超声提取和磁力搅拌进行比较,通过单因素实验,对超声辅组提取酿酒的皮渣葡萄皮中的多酚进行了工艺优化,确定葡萄皮中的多酚的最佳浸提条件为:溶剂为异丙醇,固液比按照1g:20m L,在70℃,功率为70﹪下超声50 min后,超声提取2次,葡多酚的含量为4.25﹪。
In this experiment,single-factor method was used to optimize the extraction process of grade skin polyphenols.According to the results,we choose the best conditions which is crushed grape skin with isopropyl alcohol solution according 1g: 20 m L of liquid ratio at 70℃,70 ﹪ lower power ultrasonic 50 min later to extract polyphenols in grape skin.In this condition leaching 2 times,the content of the polyohenol in grape skin can reach to 30. 99 ﹪.
