Established a method for the determination of chloride ion in the food additive sodium nitrate by using ion selective electrodet,the working curve was bulided for quantified,the precision that the method is simple,rapid,and accurated,the method is suitable for the determination of fchloride ion in the food additive sodium. The established method provide theoretical basis for national standard of food additive sodium nitrate.
