摘要
针对芳烃抽提联合装置分馏塔顶耗能较高的问题,对各分馏塔顶冷凝冷却方式进行节能优化,以达到降低能耗、节省投资、节约占地和方便操作与维护的目的。通过对芳烃抽提联合装置各空冷器冷凝(却)方案的对比,确定将干式空冷器优化为蒸发冷凝(却)器,优化后可使整个装置综合能耗降低57.38kg标准油/h,综合初投资可节省30%以上,节约占地60%,同时装置运行稳定性提高、操作和维护更方便,并可降低天气骤变对生产的影响。
For the problem that large energy consuming of fractionating tower of aromatics complex plant,the authors optimize the cooling process of fractionating towers,to reduce energy consumption,to save investment and space meanwhile with convenient operation and routine maintenance. By comparison of the condensation programs of air coolers in aromatics complex plant,it is determined that the dry air coolers can be optimized by replacing it with evaporative condenser,which can reduce the comprehensive energy consumption of the whole deviceby 57. 38 kg of standard oil per hour,saving 30% of the investment and 60% of the floor space,improve the stability of the operation,make the operation and the maintenance more convenient,and can also reduce the impaction of the sudden weather change on the production.
