摘要
目的探讨苦瓜皂苷复方颗粒对2型糖尿病小鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法将2型糖尿病模型小鼠随机分为模型对照组,罗格列酮组(0.4 mg·kg-1),苦瓜皂苷复方颗粒小(350 mg·kg-1)、大(700 mg·kg-1)剂量组,取正常小鼠设为正常对照组。均连续灌胃12周,测定各组小鼠血糖、血肌酐(SCr)、尿肌酐(UCr)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、尿微量清蛋白(m ALB)和糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)等。结果与正常对照组比较,其他各组小鼠空腹血糖、TGF-β1、m ALB、Hb Alc均明显升高(P<0.01)。与模型对照组比较,其他各组小鼠SCr、TGF-β1、m ALB、Hb Alc均明显下降(P<0.01),UCr含量明显升高(P<0.01)。结论苦瓜皂苷复方颗粒可改善糖尿病小鼠肾脏损伤,对2型糖尿病小鼠肾脏有一定保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effects of momordica saponins compounds on the kidney of type 2 diabetic mice. Methods The mouse model of type 2 diabetes was induced by feeding high-fat diet for a week,followed by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ)at 150 mg·kg^-1 .The mice were randomly divided into groups of normal control group(A), model control group ( B), rosiglitazone group ( C, 0. 4 mg ·kg^-1 ), the compounds at low-dosage group ( D, 350 mg·kg^-1 ) and high-dosage group(E,700 mg·kg^-1 ).The levels of fasting blood glucose,UCr,SCr,TGF-β1 ,mALB,and HbAlc were determined respectively after being treated for 12 weeks. Results Compared with normal control group,the level of fasting blood glucose,SCr,TGF-β1 ,mALB,and HbAlc in all other groups increased significantly (P〈0.01);Compared with model control group,the level of fasting blood glucose,SCr,TGF-β1 ,mALB and HbAlc in all treatment groups decreased significantly (P〈0.01) ,the level of UCr increased markedly (P〈0.01). Conclusion The Momordica saponins compounds can inhibit renal injury and exert kidney protective effect on type 2 diabetic mice.
