基于超级电容储能的太阳能LED花园灯电路设计

摘要 该设计是用超级电容取代传统的蓄电池储存太阳能制作的花园灯电路。对TPS61200电源芯片功用作了详细推述,用芯片TPS61200设计LED照明恒流电源来驱动LED发光,并实现了白天储存太阳能,夜晚自动亮灯功能;该设计样模通过验证满足预期要求,可以推广应用。 The electronic energy of garden light stored by Electric Double Layer Capacitor is proposed in this paper. The power IC TPS62100 is designed as LED constant current power supply to light LED. The paper describes the function of TPS61200 power chip in detail. The power management of the system that energy charged in day and LED driven at night is implemented. It is verified that the sample mold of this design meets the expectations. The design can be applied to various products with LED light.
