试析师德师风建设中的廉洁自律

教师是智慧的启迪人,也是人格的影响者,廉洁应是教师的立教之本。然而,我国师德师风近年出现了滑坡现象,这不仅与反腐倡廉的要求背道而驰,更重要的是影响了青年学生的健康成长。在我国,廉洁既有绵延不断的历史传统,也有当代的楷模和典范,在新形势下,我们要坚持以社会主义核心价值观为引领,不断提高教师的廉洁自律水平,具体举措主要有:一是强化宣传教育,二是用好先进典型,三是提高自我修养,四是创新运行机制。

Since the reform and opening-up of Chinese society, we face the decline of teachers＇ professional ethics. This is the opposite of anti-corruption and advocacy of clean education, and more importantly, this influence the well-being of youngsters. Financial probity is not only a traditional culture in our country, but also manifested by even contemporary ethical leaders. Under the new situation, we should persistently follow and maintain the socialist core values and improve the standard of clean moral ideas among teachers. In order to carry out this important mission, we should strengthen the propaganda and education, set up good examples,improve moral self-discipline and create new mechanism.
