辅导员队伍建设是高校师资队伍建设的重要组成部分,加强对辅导员队伍的培训重要而紧迫。当前高校辅导员培训缺乏理论性,机制不够系统,培训流于形式,因而需要构建政府、学校、辅导员个人的投资机制,竞争激励机制,约束评估机制,"学习型组织"的学习培训机制,以增加辅导员培训的实效性。

Counselor team construction is an important part in construction of college teachers,and to strengthen the training of counselors is important and urgent.At present,the lack of theoretical and systematic training of college counselors is a mere formality.Therefore,it is essential to construct the investment mechanism by the government,the college and the counselor,the mechanism of competition and incentive mechanism,the constraint evaluation mechanism and the learning-training mechanism of the learning-oriented organization.
