国际邮轮乘务管理专业人才培养的问题与对策——以南通航运职业技术学院为例

Problems and Countermeasures in Personnel Training of International Cruise Crew Management Major——Taking Nantong Shipping College as an Example

邮轮产业链由邮轮制造、海上巡游服务和邮轮配套建设等三个产业组成,高职层次的国际邮轮乘务管理专业集中在为海上巡游服务培养一线的初级工作人员。南通航运职业技术学院针对国际邮轮乘务管理专业构建了双主体的校企合作机制和岗证融通的人才培养模式,改善了实验实训设备,但仍面临着培养层次低、课程设置不合理等问题。邮轮人才的提升应立足邮轮产业链和职业学校教育,优化专业职能课程体系,使邮轮人才的培养规格更适合邮轮产业的发展需求。

The cruise industry chain is composed of three industries,including cruise manufacturing,cruise ship service and cruise matching construction.Nantong Shipping College,for the international cruise crew management major,established the school enterprise cooperation mechanism of the double main body and the personnel-training mode of post-certificate integration,and improved the experimental training equipment.However,low training level and unreasonable curriculum design are in the face of the college.Improvement of cruise talents should be based on the cruise industry chain and education of vocational colleges and optimization of the professional function curriculum system to make the training levels meet development needs of the cruise.
