【目的】探讨北京市第二医院非医学指征已婚育龄妇女人工流产状况、原因及影响因素。【方法】选择2014年1～12月北京市第二医院非医学指征行人工流产术的孕妇98例，采用自制的问卷对其社会人口学特征、婚姻与生育状况等进行调查。【结果】避孕失败37例，占37．8％；未采取避孕措施36例，占36．7％，政策不允许17例，占17．3％，其他原因8例，占8．2％；无痛吸刮宫术68例，占69．4％；采取吸刮宫术16例，占16．3％，药物流产14例，占14．3％。多因素10gistic逐步回归分析结果显示年龄、文化程度、初孕年龄是引发人工流产的危险因素（P〈0．05）。【结论】育龄妇女的性意识活跃，人工流产的发生率较高，因此应加强已婚育龄妇女的避孕和生殖保健意识宣教，提高其生活质量。

[Objective]Investigation of the medical indications of abortion in married women of childbearing age, along with its causes and influencing factors, will provide a scientific basis for improved intervention measures that should be taken. [Methods]Between the January of 2014 and December of the same year, in a hospital for non-medical indications of artificial abortion operations, 98 cases of patients were used as the research subjects. The study incorporated the use of self-made questionnaires on social demographics, marriage and family status, and many more aspects. [Results]The results of the study were： contraceptive failure in 37 cases （37.8% of the patient group）, neglect of the use of contraceptive measures in 36 cases （36.7%）, restrictions by policy in 17 cases （17.3%）, and other reasons for another 8 cases （8.2%）, painless suction curettage surgery in 68 cases （69.4%）, suction curettage surgery in 16 cases （16.3 % ）, and medical abortion in 14 cases （14.3 %）. A multi-variable logistic stepwise regression analysis showed that age, cultural degree, and early pregnancy age influences the artificial abortion risks （ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Because the active woman of childbearing age who is sexually conscious has a high incidence of induced abortion, we should continue to raise awareness of birth control and reproductive health for married women of childbearing age, thereby improving their overall quality of life.
