孕早期血清25羟维生素D水平与妊娠期糖尿病的相关性 被引量:10

摘要 【目的】探讨孕早期血清25羟维生素D的水平与妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的相关性。【方法】选取妊娠期来本院做孕检的孕妇,其中GDM孕妇60例(观察组),正常孕妇60例(对照组)。采用酶联免疫法检测两组孕妇孕早期血清中25羟维生素D水平并比较。【结果】观察组25羟维生素D的值为(63.56±11.74)nmol/L,显著低于对照组(73.77±14.28)nmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组维生素D不足占13.3%(8/60),显著高于对照组1.7%(1/60)。【结论】孕早期孕妇血清25羟维生素D偏、低或不足是导致GDM的一个危险因素。
