摘要
使用含水量20%、密度168kg/m3的松木木屑搭建燃料床,考虑气象风速与实际地面风速的差异,通过控制风速与风向研究不同风速风向条件下木屑堆垛遇到烟头的引燃特性。实验风速为0、1、2m/s,风道出口方向与燃料床平面成0°、30°、60°、90°夹角。实验结果表明,风速越大,烟头引燃木屑堆垛的危险性越大;改变吹风方向,夹角为0°和90°时木屑堆垛迅速升温,60°次之,30°最差;风速的增加和风向的改变不仅有利于木屑的炭氧化,也有利于木屑的干燥和热解。
The ignition property of cigarette butt on sawdust, tested on fuel bed which was built with pine sawdust of 20% moisture content and 168 kg/m3 density, has been studied un- der controlled wind speed and direction considering difference between meteorological wind speed and actual surface wind speed. The experiment wind speeds were 0, 1 and 2 m/s and the angles of the blowing direction on the surface of fuel bed were 0°, 30°, 60° and 90°. The test data showed that the possi- bility of ignition increased steadily with the increase of wind speed. When the angles of the blowing direction on the surface of sawdust were 0° and 90°, the speed of temperature increase was fastest. When the angle was 60°, the speed was the sec- ond. When the angle was 30°, the speed was the lowest. With the increase of wind speed and change of wind direction, it was not only beneficial to carbon oxidation, but also conducive to the drying and pyrolysis of sawdust.
