摘要
针对当前消防领域破拆工具的局限性,提出将前混合磨料水射流技术应用于消防破拆领域中。利用磨料水射流对当前防盗门进行破拆试验,通过一系列试验探究最佳射流工作参数。结果表明:对厚1.5 mm的防盗门进行破拆时,破拆效果最佳的参数初步定为压力35 MPa,破拆速率120 mm/min,靶距5mm左右,磨料浓度27%。
For the current Iimitation of the rescue tools in fire protection, propose the application of pre-mixcd abrasive water jet technology in the field of fire rescue. Using the abrasivewa ter jet to rescue security doors, the best jet operating parame ters were got through a series of experiments. The results showed: to rescue security door with the thickness of 1.5 ram, the parameters of best rescue effect is pressure 35 MPa, ripper speed 120 ram/rain, target distance 5 ram, abrasive coneentra lion 27%.
