摘要
选取APP、BL、MBL、GUPR以及WR 5种木材N-P阻燃剂,以速生杨木为试材,采用真空浸渍处理,利用CONE法对5种阻燃剂处理材的燃烧及有毒烟气释放特性进行分析。结果表明:处理材的载药率随阻燃剂溶液的质量分数增加而增加;阻燃处理材的氧指数随载药率增加呈非线性增加,载药率为10%时5种阻燃处理材能达到有效阻燃效果;烟密度(SDR)与载药率为二次函数关系;燃烧过程中阻燃处理材表面炭化,气相产物中固体颗粒物产量减少,CO产量增加;不同N-P处理材的有毒烟气释放性能相异,WR处理材固体颗粒物含量最大,BL处理材的CO产量最大;经三聚氰胺改性后的MBL处理材与BL相比Yco和比消光面积下降。
5 kinds of wooden N-P flame retardants (APP, BL, MBL, GUPR and WR) were chosen to treat fast-growing pop- lar, and vacuum impregnation was conducted, then CONE method was used to analyze the combustion and toxic smoke re- lease. Results showed that: The DLR of treated samples in- creased with the increase of mass fraction of the flame retardant solution; the LOI increased nonlinearly as the increase of DLR, samples can achieve effective flame retardant effect under the DLR of 10G of those N-P flame retardants; the dependency between the SDR and DLR was found to be quadratic function; the surface of the treated samples carbonized, less solid particu- lates and more CO were released during the burning; toxic gas release performances of different N-P fire retarding treated samples were different, e.g. WR produced more solid particles ar/d BL released more CO; compared with BL, MBL modified with the melamine has a distinct decline of the Y∞ and SEA value.
