一起挤塑板生产线火灾事故调查分析

Fire investigation and analysis of plastic extruded board production line fire

通过对西安市某公司生产车间火灾事故调查分析,发现该企业厂房建筑之间的防火间距不足,钢结构未喷涂防火涂料,违规使用可燃夹芯彩钢板用于厂房及库房的搭建,生产线安全防护简易,消防用电设备存在隐患等问题是造成此次重大火灾事故的原因。结合火灾现场勘验的经验,分析了挤塑板生产车间的火灾特点并提出了预防减少此类火灾的几点启示。

Through fire investigation on a production line fire of a company in Xi＇an city,fire cause are identified as insufficient fire separation between factory buildings, steel structure not protec- ted by fire-retardant coating,illegal using combustible sandwich color plate in foundation of factory and warehouse, production line lack of safety protection and fire risk of fire power equip- ment. combined with experience of fire scene reconnaissance, fire characteristics of plastic extruded board production workshop are analyzed and the corresponding suggestions on fire preven- tion are proposed.
