师范生南疆实习支教状况及现实思考——以石河子大学为例

Thinking about Current Situation of Normal Students Aid Education in Southern Xinjiang——Shihezi University as an example

实习支教作为师范生培养体系的重要组成部分,在支教政策持续执行的当下,发挥着重要作用,它不仅实现了师范生培养与师资岗位需要的零距离对接,而且解决了偏远地区师资匮乏的问题,但实习支教所出现的系列问题一方面影响着实习支教的质量,另一方面制约着师范生的专业发展,原本互惠双赢的实习模式出现了互损的苗头。故优化现有的课程体系,实现支教生专业的对口对接,突破语言交流的瓶颈、强化学生管理,共创三方互助合作的机制是解决实习困境的根本出路。

Teaching practice ,as an important part of normal training system ,plays an important role that can not be ignored in the continuous implementation of education policies.It not only realized the zero-contact between the normal training and faculty position demands,but also solved the shortage of teachers in remote areas.But a series of problems arising from teaching practice on one hand,have affected the quality of teaching practice,and on the other hand ,these problems restricted the normal students professional development.Therefore ,the losing phenomenon existed in the original win-win practical pattern.It is important in optimizing the present curriculum system,realizing the coordinated contact joints of practice students＇ majors,and breaking through the barrier of communication and strengthening the management of students.Creating a tripartite mechanism of mutual aid and cooperation is the fundamental method to solve the teaching practice dilemma.
