人本主义高校教师管理的几对关系新探

New Research on Some Relationship in the University Teachers Management of Humanism

摘要 教师发展是高校管理的核心内容之一,实现高校教师人本主义管理可以促进其管理现代化,人本主义高校教师管理必须做到关注并满足教师的基本需求;以"无为"顺天意、以"有为"激人心;以"非正式组织"深入教师、科学管理。实现以上三者,必须纠正对"天理"与"人欲"、"无为"与"有为"、"调查"与"发言"关系理解的偏差,以"需要层次理论"处理"天理"与"人欲"的关系,以"激励挫伤理论"处理"无为"与"有为"的关系,以"非正式组织管理理论"处理"调查"与"发言"的关系,实现高校教师管理的人本化。 Teachers' development is one of the key contents of university administration,therefore ,implementing humanistic university teachers-management could promote the management modernization.In the university teachers-management of humanism,we must meet teachers' basic needs, "doing nothing" to follow the law, "doing something" to encourage them,and using "informal group" into teachers.However there are some misunderstandings of some relationships:"the principle of nature" and "the human desire", "doing nothing" and "doing everything", "investigation" and "statement".Henee,the misunderstanding should be eliminated by knowledge of education management psychology.The relationship of "the principle of nature" and "the human desire" can be dealt with "hierarchy of needs theory".The relationship between "doing nothing" and "doing everything" can be dealt with "motivation and contusion theory".The relationship between"investigation" and"statement" can be dealt with "informal organization management theory".
