摘要
以成都市观赏价值较高的16种常绿植物为实验材料,比较不同植物叶片的综合抑菌能力及对空气中常见的致病细菌金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率。结果表明:16种植物对空气中微生物的综合抑菌能力顺序为雪松、八角金盘、南天竹>天竺桂>桂花>乐昌含笑>含笑>香樟>榕树>广玉兰>蚊母树>鹅掌柴>黄葛树>锦绣杜鹃>山茶>狭叶栀子。雪松、八角金盘和南天竹对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率达到70%以上,八角金盘抑菌率最高为80.5%,山茶抑菌率最低为19.5%;雪松、天竺桂、八角金盘和南天竹对大肠杆菌的抑菌率达到70%以上,南天竹抑菌率最高为78.2%,狭叶栀子抑菌率最低为18.8%。本实验结果将为成都市园林绿化植物的选择及生态型植物配置提供科学依据。
The antimicrobial effect of 16 species of evergreen garden plants with high ornamental value in Chengdu were compared and their inhibition rates on Staphyloccocus aureus and Escherichia coli were also studied. The results showed that the antimicrobial effect were ranked in the order as follows: Cedrus deodara,Fatsia japonica,Nandina domestica Cinnamomum pedunculatum Osmanthus fragrans Michelia chapensis M. fuscata C. camphora Ficus microcarpa Magnolia grandiflora Distylium racemosum Schefflera octophylla F. virens Rhododendron pulchrum Camellia japonica Gardenia stenophylla. The inhibition rate of C. deodara,F. japonica,N. domestica and C. pedunculatumon S. aureus was above 70%,while F. japonica has the highest inhibition rate at 80. % and C. Japonica has the lowest rate at 19. 5%. The inhibition rate on E. coli by C. Deodara,C. Pedunculatum,F. Japonica and N. domestica arrived at more than 70%,while the rate of N. domesticaas was the highest up to 78. 2% and the rate of G. stenophylla was the lowest at 18. 8%.
