汽车前雾灯明暗截止线热力耦合分析

摘要 汽车前雾灯点亮后,由于不同材料热膨胀系数不同灯具会产生变形,从而导致明暗截止线发生偏移。为了研究热变形对明暗截止线的影响,以某款汽车前雾灯为研究对象,采用有限元仿真的方式对明暗截止线的偏移进行了分析计算;然后根据实验标准测试了明暗截止线的偏移,验证了仿真分析结果精度,并依据分析结果对减小明暗截止线偏移提出改进建议,为灯具前期设计分析提供一定的参考。 Because of different thermal expansion rate of different materials,the front fog lamp produce deformation when the lamp under working condition. In order to further study the influence of the deformation to the cut-off line movement,the finite element thermal-mechanical coupling model of the lamp was set up. By using the model,the offset of the cut-off line movement was analyzed and calculated. Also the lamp was lighted based on regulations to verify the correctness of the simulation analysis result. And based on the result,opinions about the cut-off line movement reducing was given,which provided certain reference for structure design of lamp.
