摘要
介绍氧化催化转化器(DOC)、柴油颗粒过滤器(DPF)和选择性催化还原装置(SCR)的工作原理,并介绍柴油机的两种排放控制技术和路线:DOC+DPF,DOC+SCR。对后处理技术的各种改进作了介绍,如在柴油机氧化催化转换器中应用贵金属涂层。并给出国Ⅴ柴油发动机开发过程中这两种后处理路线的试验结果。
The principles of dioxide oxygen converter( DOC),diesel particulate filter( DPF),selective catalytic reduction( SCR)equipment were introduced. Two types of emission control technology and methods were recommend,namely DOC + DPF,DOC + SCR. Various improvements to postprocessing technology were introduced,including precious metal coating was applied on oxidation catalytic converter.The experimental results of the two types of emission control technology in CN5 diesel engine development process were given.
