矿用汽车巨型轮胎失效机制分析及预防控制研究

Failure Mechanism Analysis and Prevention Control Research for Mine Car Giant Tyres

根据德兴铜矿采矿场的工况特点及现场实际,针对矿用汽车巨型轮胎局部磨损、刺破、割裂、研胎、裂纹、掉块、剥离及爆破等失效形式及失效机制进行研究,摸索出巨型轮胎失效的基本规律,提出预防失效的控制措施。

According to the characteristics and actual working condition of Dexing copper mine stope,the failure modes and failure mechanism of the car giant tyre were researched,including local wear and tear,puncture,cutting crack,grinding tire,crack,metal sheding,stripping and blasting etc. The basic rules for the giant tyre failure were figured out. The control measures to prevent failure were put forward.
