一种多挡位变速箱操纵系统的改进设计

摘要 某系列变速箱操纵系统故障多发,随动阀失效、挂挡沉重。深入剖析了其操纵及气路控制原理,分析查找故障原因,对该系列变速箱的操纵系统进行了改进设计。通过分析改进后气路原理,从理论上说明了改进的可行性;对操纵装置总成结构、工艺性进行比较分析,阐明了改进后的经济价值及实用价值。 A series of fault-prone transmission control system have servo valve failure and hanging heavy at gearing. The operation principle and pneumatic control principle were deeply analyzed to find the cause of the problem,and the design of operation system of the series of transmission was improved. Through analyzing the principle of improved pneumatic loop,improvement feasibility was explained theoretically.By comparative analysis of the process,related parts and control device assembly structure before and after the improvement,the improved economic value and practical value were clarified.
