新型含三氮唑苯并恶二唑衍生物的合成

Synthesis of new triazoly benzooxadiazole derivatives

摘要 以二甲基吡啶胺、炔丙基溴和4-碘苯酚为原料,通过亲核取代反应、叠氮化反应、Click反应合成了中间体三氮唑化合物3,以2,6-二氯苯胺为原料经氧化反应、环化反应、硝化反应合成了中间体6,中间体3与6反应,合成了一种新型含三氮唑苯并恶二唑类化合物7,其结构经1H NMR和MS进行了表征。 An intermediate triazole compound 3 is synthesized via electrophilic substitution reaction, azidation reaction and Click reaction from bis(2-picolyl) amine, propargyl bromide and 4-iodophenol; intermediate 6 is synthesized from 2, 6-dichloroaniline by oxidation reaction, cyclization reaction and nitration reaction; a new triazoly benzooxadiazole compound is obtained by the reaction of intermediate 3 with intermediate 6; its structure is characterized by 1H NMR and MS.
