西门塔尔牛冻精改良会泽本地黄牛的效果研究

The Improvement Effects on Huize Local Cattle by Frozen Semen of Simmental

[目的]为研究西门塔尔牛对会泽本地黄牛的改良效果,开展了西本F1牛和本地黄牛的生长性能测定。[方法]对654头(西本F1354头,会泽本地黄牛300头)牛各项生产性能指标进行了测定。[结果]表明,西本F1牛的各阶段体尺、体重、增重效果、产肉性能等指标均高于本地黄牛。其中西本F1牛从初生到24月龄的体高、体斜长、胸围、管围等主要体尺指标比同龄的本地黄牛均极显地著提高(P<0.01);西本F1牛初生、6月龄、12月龄、18月龄、24月龄的体重,分别比会泽本地黄牛增加11.78kg、50.23kg、83.06kg、92.15kg、114.53kg,提高了83.67%、64.54%、66.27%、54.28%、57.36%。[结论]西本F1牛与本地黄牛不同年龄段体重差异均表现为极显著(P<0.01),杂种优势十分明显。

[Objective] The aim of this paper was to verify the improvement effect on local yellow cattle in Huize,which be hybridizatied with simmental. So,the growth performance was measured in hybridiza- tied F1 cattle and local cattle. [Methods]A total of 654 cattle were selected,including 354 hybridized F1 and 300 local cattle, and their production performance indexes were measured. [Results]The results were as follows： Many indexes of hybridized F1 eattles were higher than those of local cattle, such as body height, body weight,the effect of weight gain and meat performance. The main body indexes of hybridized F1 cat- tle had a significantly improvement than local cattle of the same age from primary to 24 months （P〈0.01）, such as body height, body length, chest circumference, pipe circumference; Moreover, the body weight of hybridized F1 cattle had increased by 11.78 kg,50.23 kg,83.06 kg,92, 15 kg,114.53 kg than that of local cattle at born, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months and 24 months of age, which had improved 83.67%,64.54% ,66.27% ,54.28% ,57.36% ,respectively. [Conclusion]The weight of hybridized F1 cat- tle was significantly higher than local cattle at different ages （P〈0.01） ,which indicated heterosis here was obvious.
