船舶管系系统号细化研究

Research on Refined Marine Piping System Code

船厂的管子制作图上包含泵压数据、涂装信息,管子安装托盘表中需提供螺栓螺母垫片信息。由于管系的特殊性,某些系统号相同的管子,却对应着不一样的泵压、涂装、螺栓螺母、垫片的信息组合。本文通过对管系原理图、管系生产信息的分析,得出一种管路系统号细化的方法,以实现同一系统号下的管子"泵压&涂装&螺栓螺母&垫片"组合的唯一化。

There is information of hydraulic test pressure, paint code in pipe manufacture drawings, information of bolts, nuts and gasket in pipe installation drawings. Because of the specialties of piping, some piping with the same system code will have different information of hydraulic test pressure, or of paint code, or of other things. In this thesis, one method to make refined marine piping system code is got after the study on piping diagram and production information of pipes, so that one system code will have the only information of hydraulic test pressure ＆amp; paint code ＆amp; bolts, nuts and gasket.
