摘要 要创立以实际项目为驱动的实战式教学模式改革,就要创立"产学研"相结合的创新模式,这种模式不但要有利于"产",也要有利于"学","研"。这种模式由企业方和研究院所工作人员及学校师生等构成,其交互的核心在于企业的实际项目。学校的社会实践、顶岗实习、实践课、专题讲座、课程设计、毕业设计、理论课的实例、课后实践作业等都可以来源于实际项目,即来源于"产",这可以提高产学研合作成果的转化率,可以解决教学严重和实践脱节等问题,还可以解决企业总感觉合适的创新人才不足的问题。在这种以实际项目为驱动的实战式教学模式下,学生和教师不但是学校的师生,而且也相当于企业的员工。企业、研究所的员工也相当于学校的老师,他们也将在适当的条件下、适当的时间、适当的场合下成为学生的老师,承当一定的教育、教学、培养、培训任务。 If we want to creat the reform of the practical type teaching mode drived by actual project ,we should create innovative pattern of "production, education and research" combination, This model is not only helpful for" "production" , but also helpful for the "learning" and "research" . This model is constituted by the enterprise and the Research Institute staffs, teachers ,students and other personnels.The interaction core is the actual project of enterprise ,The social practice, Internship, practicecourses, seminars, curriculumdesign, graduation design, examples of theory of the school ,pratical homework after class can be derived from the actual project, This can increase the conversion rate of cooperation research results, This can solve the problem that teaching is far from practice ,etc. You can also solve the problem that the enterprises are always feel the right innovation talents are shortage. In this practical teaching model drived by actualproject, The students and the teachers are not only teachers and students of the school, but also the equivalent of enterprise employees. Enterprise, and Institute staffs also are equivalent to the school teachers, They will also become the teachers of the students in the appropriate conditions, in the appropriate time and in the appropriate occasions, They bear certain education, teaching,and training tasks.
