摘要
水稻资源中抗螟虫种质较少,A232为中抗三化螟的籼稻材料。本研究利用以抗虫材料A232为父本与籼稻保持系岗46B(感三化螟)为母本所杂交构建的重组自交系(Recombinant inbred line,RIL)F9群体为材料,对单株有效穗、千粒重、株高、着粒数和结实率与单株产量进行了相关和通径分析。2012-2013年在海南自然条件下对RIL群体中的104个株系进行三化螟抗性鉴定。结果表明,两亲本之间除结实率和单株产量未达显著差异外,其余性状均达显著或极显著差异。重组自交系群体单株产量与几个主要产量构成因素的相关大小顺序为:结实率,每穗着粒数,单株有效穗,千粒重,穗长,各主要产量相关性状对产量构成的直接作用大小依次为:每穗着粒数〉结实率〉单株有效穗〉千粒重〉穗长。2012年RIL群体株系枯心指数均值为58.4%,介于双亲枯心指数之间,株系枯心指数变幅在32.8%~79.7%,2013年RIL群体株系枯心指数均值为51.13%,略大于大值亲本,变幅在23.11%~82.45%。RIL群体的枯心指数在两年鉴定中均呈现连续且近正态分布,并存在双向超亲分离,表现出数量性状遗传特点,其偏度和峰度绝对值均小于1。这些研究结果为发掘A232抗螟性相关QTL提供性状数据,为利用A232抗螟性进行抗螟亲本创制和抗虫高产育种提供依据。
A good level of resistance against the widespread Chilo suppressalis and Scirpophaga incertulas was rare in the rice germplasm,and the indica rice A232 was moderately resistant to Chilo suppressalis and Scirpophaga incertulas. The plant height,sow-heading days,yield per plant and yield components of a set of 104 'Gang46B / A232' recombinant inbred lines were investigated by correlation analysis and path analysis. From 2012 to 2013,the level of resistance to Scirpophaga incertulas for 104 recombinant inbred lines under natural rice fields condition in Hainan province were assessed by measuring the dead-heart rate. The results showed that there were significant differences between the parents for all measure traits except for seed setting rate and grain weight per plant. The result of correlation analysis indicated that the sequence of characters contribution to the grain weight per plant was as follows: seed setting rate grains per panicle panicles per plant 1000-grain weight panicle length; Path analysis revealed that the traits by direct contribution to yield per plant were in order of grains per panicle seed setting rate panicles per plant 1000-grain weight panicle length. In 2012,the average dead-heart rate of RILs was 58. 4%,and the dead-heart rate of RILs was in the range of 32. 8 %- 79. 7 %; In 2013,the average dead-heart rate of RILs was 51. 13 %,and the dead-heart rate of RILs was in the range of 23. 11 %- 82. 45 %. The frequency of dead-heart rate in the RIL population was approximately normally distributed with slight skew and peak. The study would contributed to resistant genetic mapping of rice A232 and to the future use in breeding rice varieties with resistance to Scirpophaga incertulas.
