云南大理烤烟红花大金元适产范围研究

Study on Suitable Yield Range of Flue-cured Tobacco of Honghuadajinyuan in Dali Prefecture of Yunnan Province

为研究大理州优质红大烟叶的适宜产量范围,通过田间试验和大田随机取样研究不同产量因素和产量水平的烟叶质量特征,采用相关分析、回归分析来探讨产量水平与经济性状、感官质量评价指标间的量化关系。结果表明,依据经济性状指标确定烟叶的适产范围为2655.83~3077.40 kg/hm2,但烟叶化学成分协调性较差。依据感官质量评价确定烟叶的适产范围为2243.49~2702.52 kg/hm2,烟叶化学成分协调性较好。综合考虑,大理州优质红大适产范围在2243.49~2702.52 kg/hm2,有利于大理州红大＂清甜香润＂风格的彰显和烟叶质量的持续健康发展。

In order to study the suitable yield range of high quality Honghuadajinyuan tobacco in Dali prefecture,the field experiment and field random sampling were conducted to study the different quality features of tobacco yield factors and yield levels,and the quantitative relations between yield level and economic characters and evaluation indexes of sensory quality were explored by correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results showed that： According to indexes of economic characters,the suitable range of tobacco yield was among 2655. 83- 3077. 40 kg / hm2,however the harmony of tobacco chemical composition was inferior. According to indexes of sensory quality,its suitable range was among 2243. 49- 2702. 52 kg / hm2,and the tobacco chemical composition was superior. Generally considering,the suitable range of high quality yield among 2243. 49- 2702. 52 kg / hm2 was conductive to the manifestation of fresh,sweet,fragrant and moist style and the sustainable and healthy development of Honghuadajinyuan in Dali prefecture.
