摘要
研究三七植株残留物对三七的化感作用,为解决三七连作障碍提供科学依据。采用三七茎叶和须根在土壤中不同时间的降解提取物处理小麦根系,对小麦的根系活力、可溶性蛋白含量、游离氨基酸含量、CAT、POD、PPO含量等生理生化指标进行测定。结果表明,三七植株降解提取物对小麦根系活力、可溶性蛋白含量、游离氨基酸含量、CAT、POD、PPO含量均产生明显影响。三七植株残体提取物影响小麦根系活力,导致生理活性下降。
The effect of Panax notoginseng plant residues on the allelopathy to provide scientific basis for the solution of Panax notoginseng continuous cropping obstacle was studied. Panax notoginseng stems and leaves and roots in the soil of different time degradation treatment with the extracts of wheat roots,physiological and biochemical indexes of wheat root activity,soluble protein content,free amino acid content,CAT,POD,PPO content were measured. The results showed that the Panax notoginseng plant extracts had significant effects on the degradation of wheat root activity,free amino acid content,CAT,POD,PPO content. The effect of Panax notoginseng plant residue extract affected root vigor of wheat,leading to the decline of physiological and biochemical index.
