小粒咖啡幼苗对干旱胁迫的响应 被引量:3

摘要 研究了小粒咖啡幼苗在干旱胁迫过程中相关形态、生理及生化指标的动态变化。结果表明,干旱胁迫过程中小粒咖啡幼苗的根系体积、根冠比增加,电解质渗漏率、MDA含量不断上升,可溶性糖与脯氨酸含量、CAT与POD活性不同程度地上升。干旱胁迫对小粒咖啡幼苗产生伤害,伤害程度随胁迫时间的延长而增加;干旱下幼苗生物量分配发生改变,地下生物量增加;有机渗透调节物质与抗氧化系统对干旱胁迫作出强烈响应。 The study aimed to investigate dynamic changes of morphological,physiological and biochemical indexes during drought stress in Coffea arabica L. seedlings. The results showed that root volume and root cap ratio rose,electrolyte leakage and the content of MDA rose constantly; both the contents of soluble sugar and praline and the activities of CAT and POD rose significantly to different extent during drought stress in Coffea arabica L. seedlings. The conclusions showed that the seedlings were damaged and the extent of damage was positive correlation with the time of stress,the biomass changed and underground biomass added,and osmoregulants and antioxidant system made strong responses during drought stress in Coffea arabica L.
