一株耐铅镉细菌的筛选及其生理特性 被引量:2

摘要 采集矿区污染土壤通过稀释平板法筛选出1株耐铅镉高的细菌。通过16Sr DNA序列生物学初步鉴定为Rhodococcus baikonurensis,编号为K7,能在Pb2+1200 mg/L和Cd2+30 mg/L培养基中生长良好,该菌可以在p H 4.0~11.0,盐浓度为1%~4%环境中生长。对铅镉不同浓度的吸附效果均在12 h时效果最佳。土壤模拟试验确定K7菌最适生长条件为p H 7,C/N为25∶1,有机肥添加量为9 g。 The study collected heavy metal contaminated soils and screened high lead and cadmium-resistant bacteria by the dilution plate.The bacteria was identified as Rhodococcus baikonurensis by molecular biological identification,named K7. It can grow well in the beef extract peptone containing Pb2 +1200 mg / kg and Cd2 +30 mg / kg. This strain grew in the conditions of p H 4. 0- 11. 0,NaC l concentration of1 % to 4 %. In different concentrations of lead and cadmium,the adsorption effect was significant at 12 h. It was determined that the optimal growth conditions were p H 7,C / N = 25∶ 1,organic fertilizer 9 g by soil simulation.
