摘要
本文以稗草小杯法研究了光活化化合物2,5-二苯基噻吩在光照、黑暗条件下对稗草和马唐根长、茎长和总鲜重的抑制作用。结果表明,在光照条件下,2,5-二苯基噻吩对稗草根长、茎长和鲜重IC50值(抑制中浓度)分别为1.73、1.88和为7.46μg/m L;对马唐根长、茎长和鲜重IC50值分别为0.14、0.30和3.88μg/m L;对稗草根、茎长、鲜重的光活化比分别为18.1、6.5和63.7;对马唐根、茎长、鲜重的光活化比分别为21.64、22.83和3.59。由此说明:2,5-二苯基噻吩对稗草和马唐有很强的抑制作用,在光照条件下2,5-二苯基噻吩与α-三联噻吩的光活化活性相当。
Photoactivated inhibition activities of 2,5-diphenylthiophene against root,stem and fresh weight of Echinochloa crusgalli and Digitaria sanguinalis were investigated under the ultraviolet radiation or in the dark. The result showed that IC50 values of 2,5-diphenylthiophene against root,stem and fresh weight of Echinochloa crusgalli were 1. 73,1. 88 and 7. 46 μg / mL,respectively,and against root,stem and fresh weight of Digitaria sanguinalis IC50 values were 0. 14,0. 30 and 3. 88 μg / mL under the ultraviolet radiation. Photoactivated inhibition activity rates of 2,5-diphenylthiophene against root,stem,fresh weight of Echinochloa crusgalli were 18. 1,6. 5,63. 7,respectively; And against root,stem,fresh weight of Digitaria sanguinalis were 21. 6,22. 8 and 3. 6,respectively. It illuminated that the photoactivated activity of 2,5-diphenylthiophene was almost equal to α-terthienyl.
