摘要
本研究采集草莓根际土壤样品15份,用稀释平板法分离获得79株放线菌。以草莓胶孢炭疽菌为指示菌,采用平板对峙法初筛、发酵液生长速率法复筛,获得5株拮抗效果较好的拮抗菌。其中菌株DTJ-24抑菌率达到69.89%,且传代稳定。根据该菌的形态学、生理生化特征及16s r DNA序列系统发育分析结果,确定该菌株为淡紫灰链霉菌。该研究结果是淡紫灰链霉菌对草莓胶孢炭疽菌具有拮抗作用的首次报道。
15 soil samples were collected,and 79 actinomycetes strains were isolated by dilution plate method. 5 strains with antagonistic effects on Colletotrichum gloeosporioides were obtained by plate confrontation and growth rate methods. The antagonistic rate of strain DTJ-24 was as high as 69. 89 %,and had good passage stability. Based on the morphological,biochemical characteristics and 16 s rD NA gene sequence analysis,the strain DTJ-24 was identified as Streptomyces lavendulae. It is the first time to report that S. lavendulae have antagonistic effects on strawberry anthracnose.
