摘要
运用化学计量学方法,结合DPS统计软件,对不同品种绵羊主要先天性免疫指标水平进行定量定性综合评价。通过对4个绵羊品种的7项主要先天性免疫学指标进行主成分分析和聚类分析研究,找出了不同绵羊主要先天性免疫指标之间的关系,为控制绵羊传染病,提高抗病力提供科学依据,也为进一步建立绵羊先天性免疫水平的评估体系提供科学的依据和理论基础。
With methods of chemometrics and DPS statistical. We conducted quantitative and qualitative evaluation of main congenital immune indexes on the different kinds of sheep. By applying the principal component and cluster analysis,seven major congenital immunological parameters of four kinds of sheep were studied in the paper. The relationship of the different sheep between main congenital immune indexes were mainly identified. It provided the scientific basis for controlling of infectious diseases of sheep and improving resistance to disease.And it also provided a scientific basis and theoretical basis for further establishing evaluation system of the innate immune level of sheep.
