摘要
采用水丝蚓、饲料、水蚤、水蚤+饲料和水丝蚓+饲料为开口饵料,饲喂平均体重(0.0335±0.0005)g达氏鲟(Acipenser dabryanus Dumeril)56d,研究不同饵料对达氏鲟增重率、特定生长率和肥满度的影响。结果表明,投喂水丝蚓组的增重率和特定生长率显著增高,与各组差异显著(P<0.05),不同开口饵料组间仔鱼肥满度差异不显著(P>0.05)。采用水丝蚓为达氏鲟仔鱼开口饵料,28d后用饲料进行培育,能获得较好的生长速度。
Acipenser dabryanus Dumeril larvae[initial mean weight：（ 0. 03353 ± 0. 00053） g] were fed with water earthworm,artificial commercial diet,daphnia,daphnia ＋ artificial commercial diet and water earthworm ＋ artificial commercial diet for 56 days to investigate the effects of different initial feeding diets on the weight gain rate（ WGR）,specific growth rates（ SGR） and condition factor（ CF） of A. dabryanus Dumeril. The results showed that WGR and SGR of water earthworm group were higher than that of others（ P 〈0. 05）,and FC was better but no significant differences（ P 〉0. 05） among different diet groups. In a word,the best initial feeding diet for larva was water earthworm,and A. dabryanus Dumeril which were fed with artificial commercial diet after 28 days could get the ideal growth.
