摘要
采用田间试验的方法,利用^(15)N同位素示踪技术,研究了施氮对龙粳31和空育131两个水稻品种^(15)N吸收与分配的影响。试验结果表明:植株生长前期水稻吸收的氮素的量最高;水稻籽粒中的^(15)N累积分配量龙粳31高于空育131,而在茎秆龙粳31低于空育131;水稻吸收的氮在植株体内的重新分配和转运效率对龙粳31的产量增加有重要作用。
In the field experiments,the effects of nitrogen application on 15N absorption and distribution of Longjing 31 and Kongyu131 rice varieties were studied by 15N isotopic trace technique. The results showed that N absorbed by rice plant was the most in the early plant growth,and 15N accumulation of Longjing 31 grains were higher than Kongyul31 ,but stem organ was the opposite. The reallocation and transfer efficiency of N absorbed by rice had an important role to the increasing of Longjing 31 output.
