摘要
为了研究奶牛血液中乳成分前体物与牛奶营养品质之间的相关性,以不同乳脂肪和乳蛋白奶牛血清为原料,测定乳成分前体物浓度并进行相关性分析。结果表明:血液中乙酸浓度与牛奶乳脂率显著正相关(P<0.05),NEFA浓度与乳脂率正相关(P>0.05),BHBA浓度与乳脂率及乙酸浓度负相关(P>0.05)。血液中精氨酸、组氨酸、甲硫氨酸、酪氨酸和丝氨酸是影响乳蛋白含量的主要乳蛋白前体物。
To study the correlation between the concentration of milk components precursors in blood and nutritional quality of milk and used different milk fat and milk protein serum of dairy cow as raw material,the article detected the concentration of milk composition precursor and analyzed the correlation. The results showed that the significant positive correlation (P〈0.05) between acetic acid and milk fat content. The correlation between NEFA/MF was positive correlation (P〉0.05). The correlations between BHBA/MF and BHBA/ACE were negative relationships (P〉0.05). NEFA,BHBA and ACE were the main parameters that affected milk fat content,and arginine,histidine,methionine,tyrosine and serine were the main parameters which affected milk protein content.
