大庆市平板式太阳能空气集热器的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 平板型太阳能空气集热器是太阳能集热器中一种最基本的类别,其结构简单、运行可靠、成本适宜,还具有承压能力强、吸热面积大等特点,是太阳能与建筑结合的最佳选择之一。为了促进大庆市新农村建设,针对大庆市的地理位置和气候条件,制作出两个模型,并对两个模型进行数据采集,研究发现有选择性涂层的集热器比未涂有选择性涂层的集热器出口温度提高了5-7℃。利用Fluent软件进行三维数值模拟,将模拟所得结果与实际测的数据进行对比,对比结果基本吻合。研究结果表明,大庆市可在冬季合理选择使用平板式太阳能空气集热器,使农民住宅或温室大棚达到冬季保温的目的。 Flat-plate solar air collector is one of the most basic categories,which has the advantages of simple structure,reliable operation, suitable cost,but also has the characteristics of the bearing capacity,large heat absorbing area,and it is one of the best choice of solar building. In order to promote the new rural construction, two models were made and collected the datum according to the geographical location and climatic conditions of Daqing. The study found that the outlet temperature of the heat collector with selective coating improved 5-7 ℃ than the one was not painted, and three dimensional numerical simulations had been performed fluently. The simulation results and experimental results are basically same by compare. The research results showed that Daqing area could use the flat-plate solar air collector to ensure the temperature of farmers housing and greenhouses in winter.
