摘要 我国农业机械分布范围广、数量多且作业环境恶劣,采用人工监测机车的运行状态会造成大量人力物力的消耗,自动化水平较低,并且传统的在线监测方式对于大范围测量又存在费用高、采集精度差及能耗大等问题。因此,针对以上问题设计了农田作业机车工况远程数据传输系统,系统通过STM32模块和SIM900A模块将农业机械作业状态、收获面积及地理信息等数据主动上传至上位机;上位机编程采用PHP语言,实现机车工况数据实时显示、保存、地理信息的准确定位及行驶轨迹的动态跟随;通过调用Mysql数据库,及时将机车工况汇报给系统管理员,为农田作业机车的分配、组合和集中管理提供可靠依据。 The agricultural machinery are distributed widely,have a large quantity and the operated environment is very poor. The manual monitor of the locomotive will cause consumption of human and material resources and the level of automation is lower. The traditional way of on-line monitoring have the high costs ,poor accuracy,large energy consumption and other problems for a wide range of measurements. To solve the above problems, this article designed remote data transmission system of agricultural operations locomotive,which uploaded the work state of agricuhural machinery,harvested area and geographic information data to PC through the STM32 modules and module SIMg00A. The PC programming used PHP language and achieved real-time display,saving, accurate positioning of operated conditions data and dynamic following of running track information. By Mysql database,the locomotive conditions would be reported to the system administrator timely, which could provide reliable basis for allocation, portfolio and centralized management of agricultural operations locomotive.
