基于CAN总线的田间作业机车工况监测系统

摘要 为了获取田间作业机车的位置信息和油箱温度信息,设计了一种基于CAN总线的田间作业机车工况监测系统,系统由信息采集端、数据发送端和数据接收端组成。信息采集端对GPS接收器和温度传感器所采集的数据进行解析和处理,利用CAN总线传输方式将数据传输到数据发送端。数据发送端对信息采集端上传的数据进行整合和打包后,通过GPRS无线传输到上位机。上位机可以实时的对机车运行信息进行监测和存储,为实现田间作业机车精准作业提供了依据。 In order to get the positional information and temperature information of fuel tank of field operation locomotive, the monitoring system of field locomotive was designed based on CAN bus, which consisted of informational collection, data sender and receiver. The collected datum of GPS receiver and temperature sensor were parsed and processed by informational collection, and transmitted by using CAN bus. Data integration of information-gathering was uploaded and packaged by data-sending side, then transmitted by GPRS wireless. The host computer could run real-time information by the locomotive monitoring and storage, and the field operations to achieve real-time monitoring of locomotive operation mode provided the basis.
