摘要
将黑龙江省有机食品总产值作为切入点,以此探讨黑龙江省有机食品产业发展,并进一步讨论土地、资本、劳动以及人均消费对有机食品产值的影响。结论表明:递增的有机食品耕种面积对产出贡献较高。而日渐重视食品安全的背景下,有机食品产出对人均消费变动也愈加敏感。因此,黑龙江省有机食品产业发展要结合实际,适时调整,以拉动黑龙江省经济增长。
Organic food industry in Heilongjiang province was analyzed through its gross output,and the effect of the land,capital, labor and per capita consumption on the output was discussed. The results showed that incremental increase of organic farming land number was the main factor which affected organic food output. Then,with the important background of food security,organic food production was also more sensitive to the change of consumption. Therefore,organic food industry should be adjusted timely to promote economic growth in Heilongjiang province.
